By clicking “SUBMIT AUTHORIZATION”, you authorize Richmark Pool Services Inc. to immediately charge your credit card for the selected pre-pay / pre-booking service in order to secure your spot in our scheduling queue.

The chosen service date is not guaranteed. You are reserving a place in our scheduling queue; exact scheduling depends on route planning, weather, and staffing.

Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a Google Calendar invitation from Richmark Pool Services Inc. This invitation will contain your official date for your pool opening.

Pre-payment guarantees priority scheduling, but not the specific date selected during booking.
You also authorize Richmarkk Pool Services Inc. to charge your credit card for any typical base-cost services related to the booking, including Pool Openings, Closings (Winterization), and Regular Service Calls, as applicable to your selected promotion.
For regular service calls, you authorize charges for extra chemicals as required, up to a maximum of $300 before HST. Any chemicals exceeding $300 (before HST) or any repairs, non-standard services, or irregular charges will require verbal authorization from the pool owner prior to billing.
If you have enrolled in ongoing maintenance service, you further authorize York Pool Services Inc. to securely store your credit card information for the purpose of processing weekly/bi-weekly/monthly service charges for the remainder of the current pool season. All stored payment information will be permanently destroyed at the end of the season or upon completion of the authorized work.
The cardholder may withdraw from this agreement at any time without penalty, provided that all outstanding balances at the time of withdrawal are paid in full.
Should your credit card be declined at the time of billing, Richmark Pool Services Inc. reserves the right to pause all services until the account is brought current and valid payment information is provided.
By clicking “I ACCEPT TERMS & CONDITIONS”, you agree to these payment terms and acknowledge that all overdue balances will accrue interest at 18% APR until fully paid.
