By clicking "SUBMIT AUTHORIZATION," you authorize Richmark Pool Services Inc. to charge your credit card for the cost of your scheduled Pool Closing (Winterization) service.
This authorization includes:

The fee(s) for your scheduled pool closing.

Applicable taxes.

Any pre-authorized add-on services requested by you.
You further authorize Richmark Pool Services Inc. to charge your credit card for any additional labour, repairs, replacement parts, materials, extra antifreeze, extra chemicals, or other products or services that our technicians reasonably determine are necessary during the pool closing to properly complete the winterization or to protect the pool and its equipment. By submitting this authorization, you acknowledge and agree that such additional charges may be processed without further verbal or written authorization.
This authorization is irrevocable once submitted. If you cancel, revoke, or otherwise prevent Richmark Pool Services Inc. from completing the scheduled pool closing after submitting this authorization, you agree to pay a cancellation fee of $200.00 plus HST, which you expressly authorize Richmark Pool Services Inc. to charge to the credit card provided.
By submitting this authorization, you also consent to Richmark Pool Services Inc. securely storing your credit card information solely for the purpose of processing charges related to your scheduled pool closing, any additional authorized charges described above, and any applicable cancellation fees. Upon completion of the authorized work and full payment of your account, your credit card information will be permanently deleted from our records.
