By Clicking 'SUBMIT AUTHORIZATION', you hereby authorize Richmark Pool Services Inc. to charge your credit card in amounts not exceeding the base costs for typical services unless otherwise authorized. Typical services include: Pool Openings, Closings (Winterization) and Regular Service Calls. For regular service calls, you also authorize charges for extra chemicals as needed but not exceeding $300 before HST. All other irregular services, extra chemicals exceeding $300 (before HST) or repair costs shall be verbally authorized by pool owner prior to charging the respective amounts for these products/services. The card holder reserves the right to withdraw from this agreement at anytime and without penalty provided the current account balance at the time of withdrawal has been paid in full. If regular maintenance service has been authorized, you furthermore authorize Richmark Pool Services Inc. to store your credit card information for the purpose of processing on-going weekly/bi-weekly/monthly service call charges until the end of the current pool season. Upon completion of the pool season or completion of authorized work, all credit card information shall be permanently deleted.
